Gaining and managment of the European funds on the example of the Wielka Wies community

Celem niniejszej pracy jest przedstawienie i zbadanie efektów pozyskiwania i zarządzania funduszami europejskimi na przykładzie gminy Wielka Wieś. Badana gmina jest jedną z lepiej rozwijających się i uzyskującą dobre wyniki gminą, w skali ogólnopolskiej. W pracy zdefiniowane zostały pojęcia polityki regionalnej Unii Europejskiej, funduszy europejskich, a także zostały scharakteryzowane i zbadane inwestycje przeprowadzone przez Gminę Wielką Wieś, z uzyskanych dotacji. Przedstawione zostały także Fundusze Europejskie, ich historia powstania, cele i działania, które im przysługują. Ukazana została również struktura, historia polityki spójności oraz jej cele i działania. W pracy przedstawione są także propozycje zmian oraz przyszłych działań, które będą mogły pozwolić w przyszłości gminie Wielka Wieś, na jeszcze skuteczniejsze pozyskiwanie funduszy europejskich, w oparciu o strategiczny plan działania gminy.

The purpose of this thesis is to present and research effects of gaining and management of the European funds on the example of Wielka Wieś community. Researching community is one of the best developing and obtaining good results community, in the nationwide scale. In the thesis there have been defined concepts of regional policy of the European Union, the European funds, and there have been characterized and researched the investments conducted by WielkaWieś community, by gaining subsidies. There have been also presented the European funds, the story of their origin, aims and actions due to them. There have been shown the structure, the history of consistency politics and its aims and actions. The thesis also present suggestions of changes and future actions, that will be able to help Wielka Wieś community to more efficiently gain European funds in the future, on the basis of the strategic action plan of community.
