Analiza zjawiska prostytucji w świetle analizy kryminologicznej

Tematem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej jest problematyka zjawiska prostytucjiw kontekście analizy kryminologicznej. Ze względu na brak uregulowania samej prostytucji, głównym przedmiotem badań są przestępstwa i wykroczenia związane z prostytucją, które wpływają na jej kształt. Szczegółowej analizie dogmatycznej w pracy poddane zostaną trzy przepisy: art. 203 k.k., art. 204 k.k. i art. 142 k.w. Celem pracy jest próba pośredniego zbadania zjawiska prostytucji i jej rozmiarów za pomocą wskazanych przepisów.
The topic of this thesis are problematic aspects of the phenomenon of prostitution in the context of criminological analysis. Considering the lack of law regulations involving prostitution itself, the main objects of research are the offences connected with prostitution, which influence its form. The motif which interests me the most is the offences described by Article 203 and Article 204 of the Criminal Code and Article 142 of the Code of Petty Offences. These articles are submitted in detailed dogmatic analysis. The aim of this thesis is an attempt to investigate indirectly the phenomenon of prostitution and its scale with the mentioned legal articles.
