Family in the perception and evaluation of persons serving the penalty of deprivation of liberty

Problematyka niniejszej pracy dotyczy rodziny w percepcji i ocenie osób odbywających karę pozbawienia wolności. W związku z powyższym w warstwie rozważań teoretycznych opisano grupę pierwotną jaką jest rodzina i ujęto ją w kontekście szeroko rozumianego systemu. Podano definicje rodziny, typy postaw rodzicielskich i modeli wychowania. Przedstawiono również zmiany jakim uległo środowisko rodzinne na przestrzeni lat oraz ich wpływ na wychowywanie człowieka. Tłem dla tych rozważań uczyniono kwestię związaną z problem przestępczości i jej rodzinnych uwarunkowań. Konsekwentnie do powyższego problemem analizowanym w pracy była rodzina w percepcji i ocenie osób odbywających karę pozbawienia wolności. W celu odpowiedzi na postawiony problem badawczy posłużono się analizą źródeł wtórnych. Z przeprowadzonej analizy danych zastanych można wnioskować, że środowisko rodzinne przestępców w ich percepcji jest patologiczne, niestabilne, panują w nim gorsze warunki materialne oraz dużo częściej, w porównaniu do rodzin osób nie naruszających prawa, występuje w nim problem uzależnień. W opinii badanych osadzonych również postawy rodzicielskie i modele wychowania, które stosowali ich rodzice odbiegały od poprawnych co bezpośrednio wpłynęło na ich demoralizacje i podejmowanie zachowań przestępczych, skutkując izolacją penitencjarną.

The problem of this paper concerns the family in the perceptron and evaluation of persons serving a prison sentence. Therefore, the orginal group of the family is described in the theoretical considerations and it was taken in the context of a broadly understood system. Definitions of the family, types of parental attitudes and models of education are given. Changes in the family environment have also been presented over the years and their impast for raising a man. A background for these considerations a matter related to the problem of crime and its family conditions was made.Consistently with the above, the problem analyzed at paper was the family in the perception and evaluation of persons serving the penalty of deprivation of liberty. In order to answer the research problem posed, was used the analysis of secondary sources was used.The analysis of the existing data can be concluded, that the family environment of criminals in their perception pathological, unstable, there are worse material conditions and more of ten, compared to families of people who do not violate the law, there is the problem of addictions. In the opinion of the respondents, the parents attitudes and parening models used by their parents differed from the correct ones, which directly affected their demoralization and criminal behavior, resulting in penitentiary isolation.
