Analysis the effectiveness of long-term investment for example term deposits, real estate and condo hotels

Celem tej pracy magisterskiej jest analiza efektywności inwestycji długoterminowych na przykładzie lokat terminowych, nieruchomości oraz condohoteli. Szczegółowej analizie efektywności został poddany projekt inwestycyjny w mieszkanie na osiedlu Chmielna Park, apartament w condohotelu Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence na rynku nieruchomości w Gdańsku oraz dwuletnia lokata bankowa. W pracy zaprezentowano i pokrótce przedstawiono istotę inwestycji długoterminowych we współczesnej gospodarce oraz istotę efektywności w ujęciu nauk ekonomicznych. W kolejnych rozdziałach opisane zostały rodzaje inwestycji długoterminowych oraz przeprowadzono ich ocenę efektywności i analizę SWOT. W pracy posłużono się prostymi i złożonymi metodami oceny efektywności inwestycji długoterminowych, dzięki którym uzyskano odpowiedz na pytanie, który z projektów inwestycyjnych jest najbardziej opłacalny i przynosić będzie inwestorowi w przyszłości największe korzyści finansowe.

The aim of this master's thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of long-term investments for example term deposits, real estate and condo hotels. Detailed analysis of the effectiveness of the investment project has been in the apartment on the outskirts of Chmielna Park, apartment in condo hotel Golden Tulip Residence in real estate in Gdańsk and two-year bank deposit. The paper presents the essence of long-term investment in today's economy and the importance of efficiency in terms of economics. The following sections describes the types of long-term investments and carried out their evaluation of the effectiveness and SWOT analysis. The paper was used simple and complex methods of assessing the effectiveness of long-term investments, which yielded the answer to the question of which of the investment project is the most cost-effective and will bring investor the biggest financial benefits in the future.
