Tematem mojej pracy licencjackiej jest Instytucja kultury na przykładzie Gminnego Centrum Kultury i Czytelnictwa w Gminie Zembrzyce. Praca przedstawia opis utworzenia oraz funkcjonowania działalności kulturalnej. Instytucja kultury działa na podstawie ustawy o organizowaniu i prowadzeniu działalności kulturalnej, aktu o utworzeniu instytucji kultury oraz statutu. Wewnętrzne zasady funkcjonowania określa regulamin organizacyjny, który jest nadawany przez dyrektora. Wymienione zostały różne formy organizacyjne działalności kulturalnej m.in teatry, opery, kina, muzea czy biblioteki. Dodatkowo praca zawiera analizę wewnętrznych zasad funkcjonowania, przegląd danych liczbowych opisujących zakres prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej. Przedstawione zostało również zarządzanie oraz finansowanie Gminnego Centrum Kultury i Czytelnictwa, jak i funkcjonowanie Gminnej Biblioteki która wchodzi w skład Centrum Kultury. W pracy zaprezentowane jest sprawozdanie biblioteki za lata 2015-2016, które prezentuje udział czytelników według wieku, wielkość księgozbioru oraz źródła finansowania. Ponadto w pracy znajdują się również orzeczenia sądowe dotyczące wybranych zagadnień związanych m.in z powołaniem dyrektora Instytucji Kultury. W pracy zostały przedstawione główne projekty z dziedziny kultury realizowane przez Gminne Centrum Kultury i Czytelnictwa w Gminie Zembrzyce . W końcowej części został zaprezentowany harmonogram imprez plenerowych oferowanym mieszkańcom na rok 2017.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the institution of culture for example, the Municipal Centre of Culture and readership in Commune Zembrzyce. The work presents the description of creation and functioning of cultural activities. Cultural Institution acts on the basis of the law on organizing and conducting cultural activities, the act about create institution of cultural, and the statute. Interior rules scpecifics the organisational chart, which is vested by the Director. These are different forms of organizational cultural including theatres, opera, cinemas, museums or libraries. In addition, the work contains analysis of the functioning internal rules, review the figures describing the range of cultural activities. It was also presented to the management and financing of the Municipal Cultural Centre and readership as well as the functioning of the Municipal Library, which is part of the cultural center. In work presented a report of library for the years 2015 to 2016, which presents the set of readers by age, the size of the book collection and founding source. In addition, the work are also judical sentence on selected issues relation to including with the appointment of the director of the cultural institution. In the work are presented the main cultural projects implemented by the municipal cultural centre and readership in the municipality of Commune Zembrzyce. In the final part was presented the schedule of outdoor events offered to the residents for 2017.
