Niniejsza praca dotyczy małżeństw Bolesława Chrobrego i ich politycznych konsekwencji. Składa się z czterech rozdziałów. Każdej małżonce Piasta dedykowany jest osobny rozdział, w którym znajdują się informacje o pochodzeniu żony i teścia Bolesława, przyczynach i okolicznościach zawarcia małżeństwa, jego przebiegu oraz o potomstwie z tego związku. Pierwszy rozdział poświęcony jest nieznanej z imienia córce margrabiego Miśni, Rykdaga. Drugi zadedykowany jest nieznanej z imienia Węgierce. Kolejny rozdział opisuje małżeństwo Bolesława Chrobrego z Emnildą, córką księcia Dobromira. Natomiast ostatni poświęcony jest Odzie, córce (nieżyjącego już w chwili zawierania tego małżeństwa) Ekkeharda.
This thesis concerns the marriages of Bolesław the Brave and their political consequences. It consists of four chapters. Each wife of the Piast is dedicated to a separate chapter, which contains information about the origin of Boleslaw's wife and father-in-law, the reasons and circumstances of the marriage, its course, and about the offspring from this union. The first chapter is dedicated to an unknown daughter of the Margrave of Meissen, Rykdag. The second chapter is dedicated to an unknown Hungarian woman. The next chapter describes the marriage of Boleslaw the Brave to Emnilda, daughter of Prince Dobromir. The last chapter is dedicated to Oda, daughter of Ekkehard, who was deceased at the time of this marriage.
