The development of employees of a hotel company on the example of the Hotel Pod Wawelem

W pracy poruszono istotny problem rozwoju pracowników przedsiębiorstwa hotelarskiego. Przeprowadzono badania, których celem była analiza procesu rozwoju pracowników w Hotelu Pod Wawelem. Jako metodę badawczą zastosowano ankietę na pracowników badanego przedsiębiorstwa hotelarskiego. Wyniki badań wykazały konieczność wdrożenia usprawnień w zakresie rozwoju pracowników. Badane przedsiębiorstwo powinno zadbać o podniesienie kompetencji swojego personelu, zapewnić mu uczestnictwo w różnego rodzaju szkoleniach oraz określić jasną ścieżkę kariery i awansu.

This work touches on a significant problem of the development of employees of a hotel enterprise. Research was carried out aimed at analyzing the employee development process at the Hotel Pod Wawelem. As a research method was used a survey on the employees of the studied hotel enterprise. The research results showed the need to implement improvements in the area of employee development. The surveyed company should take care of improving the competence of its staff, ensure its participation in various types of training and define a clear career and promotion path.
