Tematem pracy jest wojna domowa w Algierii w latach 1991-2002 w perspektywie historycznej oraz literackiej. W rozdziale pierwszym omówiono faktografię algierskiej wojny domowej: jej przyczyny, przebieg oraz głównych aktorów. W kolejnych trzech rozdziałach przedstawiono wybrane algierskie powieści ostatniej dekady XX w. Analizie poddano utwory Yasminy Khadry, Tahara Djaouta oraz Maliki Mokeddem.
The subject of this thesis is Algerian civil war of 1991-2002 in the historical and literary perspective. The first chapter discusses historical facts of Algerian civil war: its causes, course and main actors. The next three chapters present the analysis of selected novels of the last decade of twentieth century written by three Algerian authors: Yasmina Khadra, Tahar Djaout and Malika Mokeddem.
