Ministrowie Mariusz Kamiński i Maciej Wąsik zostali skazani prawomocnym wyrokiem sądu na dwa lata pozbawienia wolności. Mają także 5-letni zakaz pełnienia funkcji publicznych. Konsekwencje prawne prawomocnego wyroku to przede wszystkim wygaśnięcie mandatów posłów. To automatyczny efekt prawomocnego orzeczenia, który nie wymaga potwierdzenia przez żaden inny organ państwowy.

Abstract in English

Ministers Mariusz Kaminski and Maciej Wąsik were sentenced to two years' imprisonment by a final court decision. They are also banned from holding public office for five years. The legal consequences of the final verdict are, first and foremost, the termination of the MPs' mandates. This is an automatic effect of the final verdict, which does not need to be confirmed by any other state body.
