Crime scene staging

Niniejsza praca magisterska opisuje problematykę pozorowanych przestępstw. Jej celem jest przedstawienie skomplikowanego problemu pozoracji zarówno na etapie jej wykrywania, jak i późniejszej możliwości ukarania sprawcy. W pracy wyjaśnione zostało pojęcie pozoracji przestępstw oraz wyjaśniona została różnica między faktycznymi przestępstwami, a przestępstwami upozorowanymi. Szczegółowo opisano, na czym polega taktyka pozorowania i metody tworzenia pozorów. Opisane zostały także metody wykrywcze oraz opisano, co należy zrobić, podejrzewając pozorację u konkretnej osoby. Na podstawie wybranych i omówionych czynności procesowych przybliżono autentyczne historie pozoracji opisywane w mediach i literaturze. Historie te przedstawiono pod kątem ich wykrycia i ewentualnych popełnionych uchybień ze strony organów ścigania. Autorka pracy opisała również problematyczną możliwość ukarania sprawcy pozorowanych przestępstw na gruncie polskiego systemu prawnego.

This MA thesis describes the issues of staged crimes. Its purpose is to present the complicated problem of deception both at the stage of its detection and the subsequent possibility of punishing the perpetrator. The paper explains the notion of crimes staging and the difference between actual crimes and staged crimes. The tactics of staging and the methods of faking are described in detail. It also describes the methods of detecting crimes and describes what to do when suspecting a person's staging. On the basis of the selected and discussed contentious work, the authentic stories of staging described in the media and literature were presented. These stories were presented in terms of their detection and possible failures on the part of law enforcement agencies. The author of the thesis also described the problematic possibility of punishing the perpetrator of staged crimes under the Polish legal system.
