Mobbing as a phenomenon of social pathology

Celem pracy jest przybliżenie zjawiska mobbingu. Poprzez analizę wybranej literatury i wyników badań scharakteryzowano wybrane aspekty tej patologii. W pracy zawarto informacje na temat genezy mobbingu, opis zjawiska i biorących w nim udział podmiotów, skali mobbingu i jego skutkach, ustawodawstwa na temat prześladowania w miejscu pracy, sposobach przeciwdziałania temu zjawisku, a także nazwy i dane pomocnych instytucji.

The purpose of the work is to approximate the phenomenon of mobbing. By analyzing selected literature and research results, selected aspects of this pathology were characterized. The work contains information on the genesis of mobbing, a description of the phenomenon and the entities involved in it, the scale of mobbing and its effects, legislation of harassment in the workplace, ways to counteract this phenomenon, as well as the names and data of helpful institutions.
