Praca magisterska dotyczy regulacji spółki akcyjnej w kodeksie handlowym z 1934 roku oraz kodeksie spółek handlowych z 2001 roku. W swojej pracy opisuję konstrukcję spółki akcyjnej w kodeksie handlowym, a następnie skupiam się na różnicach jakie nowy kodeks spółek handlowych wprowadził w stosunku do starych regulacji.
Master's thesis is about regulations a joint-stock company in the Commercial Code of 1934 and the Commercial Companies Code of 2001. In my thesis I describe construction of a joint stock company in the Commercial Code, and then focus on the differences which the new commercial code introduced in relation to the old regulation.
