Moja praca licencjacka przedstawia najważniejsze reformy administracyjne i terytorialne sejmu grodzieńskiego. Porównuje ona stan prawny w Polsce przed uchwałą Konstytucji 3 maja, w trakcie jej obowiązywania oraz po zatwierdzeniu II rozbioru Polski. Przedstawia się również tło historyczne i opisują się różne okoliczności, które doprowadziły do pewnych skutków. Na końcu jest podsumowanie, które przedstawia pozytywne i negatywne strony działań sejmu grodzieńskiego.
My bachelor's thesis presents the most important administrative and territorial reforms of the Grodno Sejm. It compares the legal status in Poland before the adoption of the May 3rd Constitution, during its enforcement, and after the approval of the Second Partition of Poland. It also presents the historical background and describes various circumstances that led to certain outcomes. At the end, there is a summary that presents the positive and negative aspects of the actions of the Grodno Sejm.
