The Analysis os the SEPA system and the potential consequences of its introduction in Poland.

Pierwszym celem niniejszej pracy była analiza systemu SEPA. Cel ten osiągnięto poprzez opis składników systemu oraz poprzez sprawdzenie jego zgodności z zasadami koniecznymi do uznania go za system w myśl ogólnej teorii systemowej.Drugim celem niniejszej pracy była identyfikacja potencjalnych konsekwencji wprowadzenia systemu SEPA w Polsce. Cel ten osiągnięto poprzez analizę konsekwencji z perspektywy trzech interesariuszy: klientów banków, sektora bankowego oraz polskiej gospodarki.W niniejszej pracy wykazano, iż w systemie SEPA wymagania ogólnej teorii systemowej zostały odnalezione, i może być uznany jako system w jej obrębie. Wykazano również, iż wprowadzenie systemu SEPA w Polsce może wiązać się zarówno z pozytywnymi jak i negatywnymi konsekwencjami dla interesariuszy.Ze względu na niewielką ilość prac innych autorów podejmujących ten temat, wnioski płynące z niniejszej pracy wymagają dalszego potwierdzenia.

The first goal of the paper was an analysis of SEPA system. The goal was obtained by description of the components of the system through verification of its compliance with the rules allowing to recognize it as a system throughout general systemic theory.The second goal of that paper was a identification of potential consequences of introducing the SEPA system in Poland. That goal was obtained by analyzing the consequences from the perspective of three stakeholders: the banking customers, the banking sector and the polish economy.This paper proved that the rules of general systemic theory were recognized, so the SEPA system can be considered as a system throughout the theory. The paper also proves that introducing the SEPA system in Poland can invoke both positive and negative consequences for stakeholders.The fact that there are not enough papers available considering that subject, the findings presented in that paper needs further confirmation.
