Tematem niniejszej pracy jest język prowansalski, którego sytuacja i klasyfikacja językoznawcza jawi się jako problematyczna. W części teoretycznej, znajdują się informacje na temat języka prowansalskiego i języka oksytańskiego. W części praktycznej natomiast dokonana zostaje analiza słów prowansalskich i słów francuskich pochodzenia prowansalskiego, które pojawiają się w utworze Frédérica Mistrala pt. Mes origines : mémoires et récits.
The subject of this work is to describe the problematic situation and linguistic classification of the Provencal language. The aim of the first chapter is to present the characteristics of the Provencal and Occitan languages. The practical part of this thesis contains the analysis of Provencal vocabulary and French words of Provencal origin in Frédéric Mistral's Mes origines: mémoires et récits.
Le sujet de ce travail est la langue provençale dont la situation, autant que la classification linguistique, est assez problématique. Dans la partie théorique, se trouvent quelques informations sur le provençal et sur la langue occitane dont il provient. Dans la partie pratique, par contre, il y a une analyse de provençalismes et de mots à l’étymologie provençale qui apparaissent dans l’oeuvre Mes origines : mémoires et récits du fameux écrivain provençal Frédéric Mistral.
