Management innovations and their influence on effectiveness of managing municipal company

Celem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej było pokazanie innowacji menedżerskich w zarządzaniu na przykładzie miejskiego przedsiębiorstwa.W części teoretycznej dokładnie omówiono kwestie związane z pojęciem innowacji, przedstawiono współczesną bardzo bogatą klasyfikację z uwzględnieniem innowacji menedżerskich i takich, które znajdziemy w sektorze publicznym, a także omówiono pojawiające się bariery. Skupiono się również na historii zarządzania oraz różnicach pomiędzy starym, a nowym zarządzaniem publicznym. W drugim rozdziale opisano innowacje menadżerską na podstawie polityki zgodności oraz Compliance Management System wprowadzonym w miejskim przedsiębiorstwie, co stało się podstawą do przedmiotu badań niniejszej publikacji.

The main purpose of the following bachelor thesis is to study example of the management innovation within the public institution.In the theoretical part of thesis we will find a precise description of the innovation concept, modern classification of the management innovations and the following challenges. This part of the thesis is also focusing on management history and the differences between classical and modern management in public sector.The second part of thesis is focusing on case study of management innovation and it's corelation with Compliance Management System, introduced in public institution.
