European Arrest Warrant in the Republic of Malta with emphasize on the relations with the Republic of Poland

Niniejsza praca magisterska porusza problematykę wydawania i wykonywania europejskich nakazów aresztowania na Malcie. Autorka pracy skupiła się na wskazaniu zasad funkcjonowania systemu prawa maltańskiego ze szczególnym wskazaniem na mieszany charakter tegoż systemu. Następnie w głównej części pracy omówione zostały kwestie związane z wydawaniem oraz wykonywaniem europejskich nakazów aresztowania na Malcie oraz porównaniu wybranych instytucji do polskich rozwiązań w tym zakresie. W podsumowaniu autorka oceniła rozwiązania zastosowane na Malcie, skupiając się na ocenie treści aktu implementującego ENA na Malcie.

The following thesis is focused on the issuing and executing European Arrest Warrants in Malta. The author of the thesis concentrates mainly on describing the nature of Maltese mixed legal system. In the main body of the thesis matters related to issuing and executing European Arrest Warrants have been discused and compared with Polish solutions. In the summary the author assessed the solutions that were intrduced in Malta, focusing mainly on the implementaion of the EAW Framework Decision in Malta itself.
