Celem pracy jest porównanie, jak daleko, w różnych porządkach prawnych, sięga swoboda korzystania z praw i wolności zagwarantowanych w regulacjach krajowych i międzynarodowych. W oparciu o rozwiązania prawne występujące w Czarnogórze, Republice Macedonii Północnej i Republice Serbii została dokonana analiza zabezpieczania interesów mniejszości oraz respektowania ich praw przez władzę.
The aim of the study is to compare how far, in different legal orders, the freedom to exercise the rights and freedoms guaranteed in national and international regulations reaches. Based on the legal solutions existing in Montenegro, the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Serbia, an analysis was made of securing the interests of minorities and respecting their rights by the authorities.
