Celem jest pokazanie, jak w Polsce funkcjonuje straż pożarna oraz KSRG na przykładzie systemu ratownictwa technicznego. Praca ukazuje również znaczenie straży pożarnej w systemie zarządzania kryzysowego w Polsce.Praca składa się z trzech części. Pierwsza przedstawia podstawy prawne funkcjonowania Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Polsce oraz Komendy Miejskiej w Krakowie - jej strukturę oraz najważniejsze zadania. Następnie scharakteryzowano funkcjonowanie systemu ratownictwa technicznego w Polsce. Omówiono jego najważniejsze cechy, strukturę. Poruszone zostały również kwestie związane z wyposażaniem związanym z ratownictwem technicznym. W ostatnim rozdziale dokonano analiza wyjazdów i użycia sprzętu na przykładzie Jednostki Ratowniczo Gaśniczej nr 2 Komendy Miejskiej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Krakowie, która specjalizuje się w ratownictwie technicznym.

The aim of the qork is to show how the fire brigades and KSRG function on the example of technical rescue.The work also shows the importance of fire brigade in the crisis management system in Poland.IT consists of three parts. The first one presents the legal base for the State Fire Service in Poland and the Headquarters of the City of Krakow - itheir structure and the most important problemIn the next part thefunctioning of technical rescue system in Poland was characterized. It discusses its most important characteristics and its structure. There were also discussed issues related to equipping associated with technical emergencies.In the last chapter an analysis of the travels and the use of equipment was given to the readers the example was Fire Station Unit No. 2 of the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Krakow, which the specializes in technical rescue.
