Praca ukazuje zmiany, jakie zaszły w percepcji baśni "Królewna Śnieżka" braci Grimm od jej wydania w 1857 roku, aż do dziś. Podstawą badań są jej trzy adaptacje "Królewna Śnieżka i siedmiu krasnoludków", "Królewna Śnieżka dla dorosłych" i "Królewna Śnieżka i łowca". Praca obejmuje przede wszystkim zmiany, jakie zaszły w kwestii przemocy i seksualności. Analizie podlega również wizerunek Królewny Śnieżki we współczesnej kulturze popularnej.
The work shows the changes that have occurred in the perception of the fairy tale "Snow White" Brothers Grimm since its release in 1857, until today. The basis of the study are the three adaptations of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", "Snow White a tale of terror" and "Snow White and the Huntsman". The work mainly includes changes that have occurred in terms of violence and sexuality. Analysed is also the image of Snow White in popular culture.
