Praca stanowi studium wiedzy nad polskim rapem jako muzyką królującą w XXI wieku w naszym kraju. Rozprawa zawiera informacje ogólne na temat kultury hip hop oraz opisuje jej początki na polskiej scenie. Ostatnia część jest poświęcona samej osobie Taco Hemingwaya oraz jego dotychczasowej twórczości jako ikony rapu inteligenckiego. Praca zawiera krótką charakterystykę i omówienie każdego albumu Taco Hemingway oraz szczegółową analizę interpretacyjną ostatniej płyty rapera. Praca odsłania nowe oblicza rapu jawiącego się jako część kultury, a szczególnie literatury. Rap inteligencki zaczyna więc stanowić swoisty pomost między raperm a literaturą.
The master's dissertation is a study of the knowledge of Polish rap as the reigning music of the 21st century in our country. The dissertation contains general information about hip hop culture and describes its beginnings on the Polish scene. The last part is devoted to the person of Taco Hemingway himself and his activities to date as an intellectual rap icon. The work includes a brief characterisation and discussion of each of Taco Hemingway's albums and a detailed interpretative analysis of the rapper's latest album. The work reveals new facets of rap emerging as part of culture, especially literature. Intellectual rap thus begins to form a kind of bridge between rap and literature.
