Organization of common courts in Poland

Praca licencjacka nosi tytuł Organizacja Sądów Powszechnych w Polsce oraz liczy pięć rozdziałów. W każdym z nich opisywane są sądy, ich kompetencje oraz funkcjonowanie. Najważniejszym w Polsce aktem prawnym jaki istnieje jest Konstytucja Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, która podaje jakie organy państwowe sprawują w Polsce władzę sądowniczą, następnym bardzo ważnym aktem jest ustawa z 27 lipca 2001 roku - Prawo o ustroju sądów powszechnych w Polsce, która normuje funkcjonowanie wymiaru sprawiedliwości. W pracy zawarto na podstawie różnych źródeł kwestie prawne związane z działaniem sądów powszechnych. Opisano organy sądów powszechnych, zadania sądów, strukturę organizacyjną sądów powszechnych.

The BA thesis is entitled Organization of Common Courts in Poland and has five chapters. Each of them describes the courts, their competences and functioning. The most important legal act in Poland that exists is the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, which states which state organs exercise judicial power in Poland, the next very important act is the Act of 27 July 2001 - Law on the structure of common courts in Poland, which regulates the functioning of the justice system. The bachelor thesis contains legal issues related to the operation of common courts based on various sources. Common court bodies were described,tasks of courts, organizational structure of common courts.
