Contemporary animator former kaowiec? Comparative analysis

Tematem pracy jest analiza porównawcza instruktora kulturalno-oświatowego, kojarzonego z okresem Polskiej Rzeczpospolitej Ludowej i animatora kultury. Głównym celem pracy było uzasadnienie tezy, że wymienione powyżej funkcje nie są tożsame. W konsekwencji przeanalizowano zagadnienia dotyczące uczestnictwa w kulturze i zjawiska animacji społeczno- kulturalnej. Następnie dokonano charakterystyki tła społeczno- politycznego i sfery kultury w Polskiej Rzeczpospolitej Ludowej, by ostatecznie skupić się na analizie funkcji instruktora kulturalno-oświatowego. Kolejnym krokiem było przybliżenie zagadnienia transformacji ustrojowej w Polsce po roku 1989, z uwzględnieniem jej konsekwencji. Następnie poddano analizie funkcję animatora kultury w kontekście współczesnym. Analiza literatury przedmiotu i materiałów dostępnych w Internecie potwierdziła tezę pracy dowodząc, że funkcje instruktora kulturalno-oświatowego i animatora kultury nie są tożsame.

The subject of this thesis is a comparative analysis of the cultural and educational teacher, associated with the period of Polish People’s Republic and the cultural animator. The main aim of this thesis is to justify the hypothesis that the functions mentioned above are not identical. As a consequence, the issues related to the participation in culture and the phenomenon of social and cultural animation have been precisely analyzed. Subsequently, in this text is the analysis of the characteristics of the social and political background and the sphere of culture in Polish People’s Republic, to finally concentrate on the analysis of the cultural and educational teacher’s functions. The next step was to introduce the issue of the political transformation in Poland after 1989, taking into account its consequences. Afterwards there is the analysis of the cultural animator functions in the present context. The study of literature and materials on the Internet confirmed that functions of cultural and educational teacher and cultural animator are not identical.
