The restoration problems of the Discalced Carmelites eremium in Czerna.

Niniejsza praca jest podzielona na cztery części. Pierwsza- to częć historyczna. Zostały w niej zawarte takie tematy jak geneza powstania zakonu,budowa klasztoru oraz życiorys fundatorki eremium. W drugiej częsci jest opisany kryzys, który dotknął eremium w XVIII wieku oraz jego reforma. Trzecia część została poświęcona postaci świętego Rafała Kalinowskiego, który w znacznym stopniu przyczynił się do odrodzenia zakonu Karmelitów w Rzeczypospolitej. W czwartej części zostały omówione problemy związane z ochroną zespołu klasztornego, informacje o przeprowadzonych pracach konserwatorskich, środki ich finansowania.

This thesis involves four parts. The first one encludes information about the history of the Discalced Carmelites convent, about construction of the monastery and about its founder Agnieszka Tęczyńska. The second part describes the crises that had place in XVIIIth century and its reform. The third part is dedicated to Saint Rafał Kalinowski, who saved the convent. The fourth and the last one describes the problems of the preservation of the convent building, contains information about restoration works and its fundings.
