Siły Zbrojne państwa są najważniejszym elementem bezpieczeństwa militarnego, co natomiast stanowi jeden z wyznaczników bezpieczeństwa narodowego. Wojsko jest fundamentem zagwarantowania bezpieczeństwa obronnego każdego państwa. Niewątpliwie ważne jest, aby było ono odpowiednio wyposażone, a przede wszystkim zorganizowane i należycie przygotowane do potencjalnych zagrożeń i wyzwań. Analiza porównawcza dotyka problematyki Sił Zbrojnych Polski, Niemiec oraz Rosji. Ważnym dla scharakteryzowania tych trzech armii jest zwrócenie uwagi na potencjał jakim dysponują. W istocie, Polska posiada Siły Zbrojne, dzięki którym realizowane są operacje zarówno w państwie jak i poza nim. Niemcy mogą pochwalić się armią, która prężnie działa w strukturach NATO. Natomiast Rosja dysponuje Siłami Zbrojnymi, których zasięg stanowi potężną armię, dzięki czemu Federacja Rosyjska realizuje politykę zarówno odstraszania jak i zastraszania. W dobie współczesnych wyzwań oraz zagrożeń niewątpliwie ważne jest, aby państwa wyznaczały główne cele, jakie Siły Zbrojne powinny przedsięwziąć. Cele te jednak, bez względu na wspólną dążność do zapewnienia ładu międzynarodowego, będą różne w zależności od państwa i roli Sił Zbrojnych w zapewnieniu jego bezpieczeństwa narodowego. Niniejsza praca jest poświęcona analizie Sił Zbrojnych Polski, Niemiec i Rosji. W tymże zakresie, ma za zadanie określić rolę tych sił w pojmowaniu bezpieczeństwa zarówno w perspektywie państwa jak i stosunków międzynarodowych. Każdy z rozdziałów odnosi się do najważniejszych kwestii związanych z rozwojem i obecnym funkcjonowaniem armii. Natomiast etap końcowy niniejszej rozprawy, służy w przedstawieniu głównych czynników oraz danych, które zadecydowały o podobieństwach lub różnicach przytoczonych wojsk.

Military forces are the most crucial element of military security, which is one of the main factors of national security. Military forces are the fundamental part of ensuring security of every nation. Without a doubt, proper equipment and proper training are crucial factors to prevent potential threats and possible challenges in every country. Comparative analysis of this thesis touches the topics of national Polish, German and Russian military forces. The potential those three armies are capable of is the most important factor. In fact, Poland is capable of conducting military operations inside and outside of the country. On one hand, the German army is capable of working successfully within NATO structures, on the other hand, Russia has at its hand military forces, which give it possibility to enforce typical Russian Federation’s politics of deterrence and intimidation. In the era of contemporary challenges and threats, it is undoubtedly important for countries to set the main goals that the Armed Forces should undertake. However, these goals, regardless of their common pursuit of international order, will vary depending on the state and the role of the Armed Forces in ensuring its national security. This work is devoted to the analysis of the Polish, German and Russian Armed Forces. In this regard, it is crucial to determine the role of these forces in understanding security both in the perspective of the state and international relations. Each chapter deals with the most important security related issues with the development and current functioning of the army. The final stage of this thesis, however, focuses on the main factors and the data that have determined about the similarities or differences of the cited armies.
