Implementation and use of integrated information systems in logistics management on the example of the manufacturing industry

Praca o temacie „Wdrożenie i wykorzystanie zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych w zarządzaniu logistyką na przykładzie branży produkcyjnej” zajmuje się tematyką wdrożenia i wykorzystania zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych, które znajduje odzwierciedlenie w sprawnym funkcjonowaniu zarządzania logistyką w firmie. Za cel główny pracy przyjęto wpływu zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych na zarządzanie logistyką w biznesie. Następnie korzyści płynące z wdrożenia zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych, narzędzia oraz techniki wykorzystywane w procesie wdrażania zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych. Rozdział pierwszy odnosi się do logistyki jako kluczowego obszaru zarządzania we współczesnym przedsiębiorstwie, następnie w drugim rozdziale skupiono się na nowoczesnych systemach informatycznych jako źródle efektywnego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. W trzecim rozdziale pracy skupiono się na roli zarządzania logistyką w branży produkcyjnej. W ostatnim czwartym rozdziale przeprowadzono analizę i ocenę implementacji zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych w działalności logistycznej przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych.Do napisania pracy wykorzystano literaturę dotyczącą logistyki oraz zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych. Metodą badawczą zastosowaną na potrzeby pracy były sondaż diagnostyczny, techniką ankieta zaś narzędziem, kwestionariusz ankiety przesłany do 67 przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych.

The following work with the theme "Implementation and use of integrated information systems in logistics management on the example of the manufacturing industry" deals with the topic of implementation and use of integrated information systems, which is reflected in the efficient functioning of logistics management in the company. The impact of integrated information systems on business logistics management was taken as the main objective of the study. Then the benefits of implementing integrated information systems, tools and techniques used in the process of implementing integrated information systems. The first chapter refers to logistics as a key area of management in the modern enterprise, then the second chapter focuses on modern information systems as a source of effective business management. The third chapter of the thesis focuses on the role of logistics management in the manufacturing industry. The final fourth chapter analyzes and evaluates the implementation of integrated information systems in the logistics activities of manufacturing enterprises.The literature on logistics and integrated information systems was used to write the paper. The research method used for the study was a diagnostic survey, the technique was a questionnaire survey and the tool was a questionnaire survey sent to 67 manufacturing enterprises.
