Innovative technology solutions in health care during COVID-19

Celem pracy jest zapoznanie się z opinią pacjentów na temat wprowadzonych innowacyjnych rozwiązań technilogicznych w zakresie ochrony zdrowia podczas COVID-19. Do zapoznania się z opinią oraz oceną interesariuszy wykorzystana została ankieta, w której pojawiły się pytania zarówno ilościowe i jakościowe. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, iż zmiany w obszarze świadczenia usług medycznych, które zostały przeprowadzone podczas pandemii były nieuniknione jednak nie dla wszystkich są one jasne, przejrzyste i zrozumiałe. W ramach rekomendacji zostały wyprowadzone pomysły ułatwienia oraz uatrakcyjnienia wprowadzonych reform.

The aim of this study is to find out the opinion of patients on the introduction of innovative technilogical solutions in the field of health care during COVID-19. The survey revealed that the changes in the area of health service delivery that were carried out during the pandemic were inevitable but not clear, transparent and understandable to all. As a part of the recommendations were derived ideas to facilitate and make more attractive the introduced reforms.
