Praca skoncentrowana jest na instrumentach finansowania i instytucjach wspierających małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa w województwie małopolskim. Opracowano kompleksową analizę dostępnych instrumentów oraz źródeł finansowania, koncentrując się na ich roli i charakterystyce w kontekście rozwoju sektora MŚP w regionie. Przedstawiono teoretyczne podstawy finansowania przedsiębiorstw, klasyfikację źródeł oraz narzędzia analizy struktury kapitału. Dodatkowo, omówiono praktyczne aspekty korzystania z kapitału własnego, kredytów bankowych, leasingu i factoringu. Praca zawiera także analizę instytucji finansujących MŚP, takich jak fundusze private equity, venture capital i aniołowie biznesu, a także fundusze Unii Europejskiej. Wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród przedsiębiorców działających na terenie Małopolski pozwoliły na ocenę dostępności i efektywności różnych instrumentów oraz źródeł finansowania. Wnioski wskazują na istotną rolę tych elementów w rozwoju sektora MŚP w regionie oraz potrzebę dalszych badań nad optymalnym wykorzystaniem dostępnych narzędzi wsparcia.

The work focuses on financing instruments and institutions supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the Małopolska province. A comprehensive analysis of available instruments and sources of financing was developed, focusing on their role and characteristics in the context of SME sector development in the region. The theoretical basis of business financing, classification of sources and tools for analyzing the capital structure were presented. In addition, the practical aspects of using equity capital, bank loans, leasing and factoring are discussed. The work also includes an analysis of institutions that finance SMEs, such as private equity funds, venture capital and business angels, as well as European Union funds. The results of a survey of entrepreneurs operating in the Małopolska region made it possible to assess the availability and effectiveness of various instruments and sources of financing. Conclusions indicate the important role of these elements in the development of the SME sector in the region and the need for further research into the optimal use of available support tools.
