IV. Search by ORCID ⇒ dedicated to authors with a diversified employment history at the Jagiellonian University

I. To search for the FULL list of your publications in RUJ, in the search window on the home page:

a) start typing your last name, [comma!] first name 

b) select the appropriate item from the drop-down list of suggestions

[for a more precise search, the system will automatically include the phrase with quotation marks] 

c) click the magnifying glass - the system will give you a list of results 

WARNING ! The results of such searches may be imprecise due to the similarity of surnames. It is worth refining your search using the Advanced filter Author, set the tag Is equal, and then - just like in the simple search - start typing the last name. This time, in the auto-suggestions, we will see a list of names, next to which SAP identifiers will be displayed in square brackets. Selecting the name of the appropriate employee / doctoral student and confirming the filter selection with the Apply button will refine the search results 

This can also be done by going directly to the advanced search form from the home page. The transition is made after clicking on the magnifying glass on the right side of the simple search window

II. To find the list of your publications that WILL BE PARTICIPATED in the EVALUATION, follow the steps from point I, and then change the searched collection → replace the filter All of Jagiellonian University Repository with the filter Bibliography of Publications of Jagiellonian University's Employees 

The new filter should be confirmed by clicking on the magnifying glass!

III. To limit the search results to, for example, specific dates, use the filters on the left 

 and with the advanced search filters

IV. Search by ORCID ⇒ dedicated to authors with a diversified employment history at the Jagiellonian University 

Due to the change of employment status (doctoral student / employee) and a change of a research unit or double employment in two units (JU departments / JU CM departments), the author appears at RUJ under different numbers - SAP and USOS. 

ORCID is the number that connects all descriptions of such an author. Just paste the ORCID number into the search window on the home page. The system will automatically provide the Surname, First name of the author and all numbers under which it appears in RUJ. Select a hint and confirm with the magnifying glass button.

In order to narrow the search results to publications that WILL BE PARTICIPATED in the EVALUATION, in the next step you should change the searched collection → filter All of Jagiellonian University Repository with the filter Bibliography of Publications of Jagiellonian University's Employees (for a detailed description see point II)
