The aims of this paper is to systemize to the problems of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), also known as strategic philanthropy in conjunction with the discussion refereeing to Venture Philanthropy. By analyzing the theoretical and practical importance of both of these types of philanthropy (Strategic and Venture) for social economy it seems to appropriate to show the positive impact of CSR on business ventures and to present critical comments refereeing to corporate social responsibility in companies. This study determining the relationship between Strategic Philanthropy & Venture Philanthropy and trying to determine their real importance, scope, framework (in particularly relevance to the business processes of all stakeholders, the local community and social needs of society). The paper is trying to justify the need for a broad treatment of CSR in companies, indicating the direction to obtain the maximum efficiency by acting as support solving problems of social needs. The analysis seeks to demonstrate the need for solving the mentioned problems by the social economy entities among which the most adequate and effective role fulfill the venture philanthropy.
