Felix Batorin's poetry is based on the classical canons of the Belarusian literature. Reflections on the past and present, the search for answers to the most troubling questions about the future of the Belarus and its inhabitants are one of the highlights of Batorin’s lyrics. Batorin tries to make sense of everyday life of modern man, his life choices, extending to the sources the human nature. Trying to understand the mystery of the meaning of life and to answer hard questions on the appointment of man on the earth and his life choices, Felix Batorin refers to biblical truth, accepting it as the starting point of his argument. The Bible - a unique cultural text, as in the texts of the Old and New Testaments centuries ago gave answers to the questions that today haunt humanity.
