The goal of the paper is to show the reader the subject of the effective management of older workers, especially in the context of social, economical and demographic changes. The article presents the problem of aging populations, together with an analysis of its implications for the demographic structure of the population in Poland and focuses on the characterization of the most effective practical methods of age management. It presents good practices of age management in the areas of recruitment, promotion, flexible forms of employment, health prevention, employment exit and changing attitude towards older workers.
