Resource flexibility has become on of the major problems in modern management. Companies which can achieve flexibility are increasing their competitive advantage. Article present results of research made in ten companies form service sector. Broad interviews with high managements of this companies allowed to show perspectives implementation flexibility in SMEs. Article presents what can be made in selected companies to gain competitive advantage based on flexibility.
