Przedmiotem artykułu są nowe struktury organizacji informacji stosowane w zarządzaniu informacją w bibliotekarstwie i działalności informacyjnej. Punktem wyjścia jest wyjaśnienie pojęcia „struktura” oraz pojęć pokrewnych tworzących wspólnie gniazdo semantyczne. Autor wychodzi od tradycyjnych struktur stosowanych w zarządzaniu informacją i dociera do folksonomii, chmury tagów oraz mapy tematów i ontologii. Zostaną przedstawione ich elementy oraz cechy dystynktywne a także funkcje w określaniu jakości i wartości informacji. W omówieniu struktur przyjęto terminologie ich opisu za pomocą takich terminów, jak system i sieć. Omówione struktury zostały przyporządkowane do odpowiednich procesów, jak generowanie, wyszukiwanie i selekcja informacji i wiedzy. Celem artykułu jest wykazanie podobieństw i różnic między prezentowanymi strukturami, co ma pokazać ich ewolucję oraz znaczenie w organizacji informacji i wiedzy na potrzeby zarządzania informacją.

The object of this paper are new structures of information organization applied to information management in library and information activity. The starting point is the clarification of the “structure” concept, as well as other related terms that create a joint semantic nest. The author starts with traditional structures used in information management and end with folksonomy, tag cloud, topic maps and ontology. Their elements and distinctive features are introduced, together with the functions used for the determination of information quality and value. For the needs of the structure discussion, a description terminology has been accepted, with the use of such terms as system or network. The structures under discussion are assigned to such respective processes as information and knowledge generation, search, and selection. The purposes of this presentation is to indicate the similarities and differences existing between the selected structures, which will demonstrate their evolutions and significance in information and knowledge organization for the needs of information management.
