dc.abstract.en Hotels organizations are profit-driven and service-given. The nature of business is based primarily on the work of people. Employess have for centuries played a strategic role in the hotel enterprises. Employee involvement significantly contributes to the success or failure of such enterpises. In varying degrees, it depends on the needs of the employees and the company in which they work. The main task of managers is therefore appropriate use of motivational factors. The aim of this paper is to show the importance of motivating and rewarding employess in the hotel industry. pl
