abstract in English:	The themes referring to the information system are most frequently found when the problems of enterprises are analyzed. What is worth to notice is the fact that in a view of huge number and huge differentiation of the information receivers, this research field is particularly important also when viewed from the perspective of units of public administration. The authors of the present contribution formulate the thesis that, in the light of needs of the above-mentioned units, it is advisable to manage the projects that are oriented toward the perfecting of the information processing in such a way that would take into consideration the mechanism of self-regulation and feedback (reversible coupling). In the paper, there are presented the pilot results of the research focused on the deficiencies and the most essential problems in the area connected with the use of information in the administrative units. Likewise, there were presented the potential tools serving the purpose of self-improvement within the applied solutions with regard to the principles of managerial control and selected organizing methods.
