Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie czynników wskazujących na specyfikę przeprowadzania oględzin w cyberprzestrzeni. Przedmiotowa prezentacja obejmuje aspekt taktyczny, techniczny i procesowy stosowania tego rodzaju oględzin. Istotne w tej problematyce jest także określenie wpływu sposobu przeprowadzania tych oględzin na dalszy tok postępowania karnego i kształt prawomocnego wyroku.

The aim of the article is to present factors, which are designated the specificity of carrying out of inspection in cyberspace. That presentation consists in the tactical, technical and procedural aspects in application of that kind of inspection. Fundamental in this case is to show the relationship between correctly conducted forensic evidence by inspection of the crimes in cyberspace and the process of detecting perpetrators and valid judgement.
