abstract in English:	The author argues that idea of sociology elaborated by Max Weber built more on the concept of the "death of God" and Friedrich Nietzsche's philosophy, than on Immanuel Kant's radical distinction between Sein and Sollen. What is more, the author argues that, as a consequence of this philosophical legacy, Max Weber's idea of sociology is radically different from, and even incompatible with, the idea of sociology elaborated by Karl Marx and Émile Durkheim.
