Celem pracy jest analiza efektywności stosowania metody headhunting w procesie rekrutacji dla pozyskania wysoko wykwalifikowanych specjalistów. Przeprowadzone badania miały na celu analizę przypadków agresywnego headhuntingu oraz nieetycznych zachowań firm wobec swoich pracowników i konkurentów. Wymienione zostały sposoby zapobiegania kłusownictwa pracowniczego w procesach rekrutacyjnych.W badaniach zastosowano metodę studium przypadków.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of using the headhunting in the recruitment process in order to attract highly qualified specialists to the organization. The research was aimed to analyze cases of aggressive headhunting and unethical behavior of companies in relation to their employees and competitors. The ways of preventing employee poaching in the recruitment processes were described.The case studies method was used in the research.
