Praca dyplomowa porusza znaczenie instrumentu militarnego.Celem pracy jest ukazanie instrumentów militarnych w polityce zagranicznej Rosji wobec Ukrainy w XXI wieku.Praca została podzielona na cztery rozdziały.W rozdziale pierwszym na podstawie literatury przedmiotu omówiono charakterystykę instrumentów militarnych polityki zagranicznej i polityki bezpieczeństwa państwa. W rozdziale drugim opisano potencjał militarny Federacji Rosyjskiej w XXI wieku. Ukazano stan rosyjskich sił zbrojnych, gdzie podkreślono system i rodzaje tych sił. Zwrócono uwagę na możliwości realizacji zadań militarnych. Rozdział trzeci traktuje na temat polityki zagranicznej i polityki bezpieczeństwa Federacji Rosyjskiej. Zawarto w nim główne treści doktryny polityki zagranicznej Federacji Rosyjskiej oraz założenia polityki zagranicznej państwa. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono kulturze strategicznej Federacji Rosyjskiej. W rozdziale czwartym ukazano instrument militarny w polityce Federacji Rosyjskiej wobec Ukrainy w XXI wieku. Skupiono uwagę na celach polityki zagranicznej Federacji Rosyjskiej wobec byłych republik radzieckich oraz celach i zadaniach doktryny wojennej Federacji Rosyjskiej wobec Ukrainy. Szczególną uwagę w tej części pracy poświęcono ukazaniu demonstracji rosnącej siły militarnej FR wobec Ukrainy, obecności rosyjskich sił zbrojnych na Ukrainie oraz użyciu tych sił na terenie Ukrainy.

The thesis focuses on the importance of a military instrument. The purpose of this thesis is presenting the military instruments in Russia’s Foreign Policy towards Ukraine in the 21st century. The study is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the characteristics of military instruments used in the Foreign and Security Policy of a country. The second chapter describes the military potential of the Russian Federation in the 21st century. Furthermore, it shows the state of the Russian Armed Forces with emphasis on the system and types of these forces, and the possibility of implementing military tasks. The third chapter deals with the Foreign and Security Policy of the Russian Federation. It contains the main parts of the doctrine of the Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation, as well as the grounds for the Foreign Policy of the country. Special attention was paid to the strategic culture of the Russian Federation. The fourth chapter presents the military instrument in the politics of the Russian Federation towards Ukraine in the 21st century and focuses on the objectives of the Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation towards the former Soviet republics and the objectives and tasks of the Russian Federation's military doctrine towards Ukraine. The final part of chapter four concentrates on the demonstration of growing military power of the Russian Federation towards Ukraine, the presence of Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine, and the use of these forces in Ukraine.
