| abstract in Polish: | Niniejsza praca dyplomowa poświęcona została problematyce funkcji prawa do obrońcy w procesie karnym w świetle obowiązujących reguł postępowania karnego oraz przysługujących podsądnemu gwarancji procesowych. Zamierzeniem opracowania jest ukazanie ważkości przedmiotowej zasady oraz jej uniwersalności w międzynarodowym porządku prawnym. Drugim celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza wpływu wybranych uprawnień procesowych podsądnego na możność prowadzenia efektywnej obrony. |
| abstract in English: | In the Master Thesis the author focuses on the to discuss the function of access to a lawyer in criminal proceeding in light of other rules of the criminal proceedings and the guarantee of the repressive law system. The aim is to publish the how importance of the principle and its universality in the international legal order. Another aspect raised is the analysis of the defendant's rights influence on the on the ability to conduct effective defense. |
