Głównym celem pracy jest analiza twórczości Václava Havla w zakresie poezji wizualnej jako autonomicznej części jego dorobku artystycznego. W tym celu zaproponowano autorską klasyfikację wierszy, w której kluczowy jest aspekt semantyczny. Stworzona typologia wyróżnia typogramy oparte na graficznej autologizacji i heterologizacji wybranych przez autora słów; utwory "zaangażowane społecznie" oraz takie, w których odnaleźć można ślady podstawowych założeń postmodernizmu. Część analityczna została poprzedzona dwoma rozdziałami teoretycznymi - pierwszy z nich opisuje historię nurtu poezji wizualnej, celem drugiego jest klasyfikacja twórczości Václava Havla.

The main purpose of this thesis is to analyse Václav Havel's work in the field of visual poetry as an autonomous part of his artistic output. To acheive this, an authorial classification, in which the semantic aspect was crucial, was created. The typology distinguishes typograms, that are based on visual autologization and heterologization of words chosen by the author; poems, that are "socially engaged" and those, in which traces of basic assumptions of postmodernism can be found. The analytical part is preceded by two theoretical chapters - the first describes the history of the visual poetry trend, the purpose of the second is to classify the work of Václav Havel.
