Over the last several decades, the European Union, through various programs such as Tempus, Leonardo da Vinci, Socrates, and framework programs, has sponsored numerous international projects devoted to chemistry and other natural sciences education. This chapter provides a systematic overview of target groups and ways to reach them based on, among others, the following projects: Socrates Comenius – CITIES, Socrates-Lifelong Learning Programmes – TUNING Educational Structures in Europe, Leonardo da Vinci – SOLID, FACE and CHLASTS, and 7PR-ESTABLISH. Several recommendations have been formulated.
