Niniejsza praca została poświęcona zagadnieniom dotyczącym rekrutacji, selekcji oraz doboru pracowników. Jej celem było zbadanie budowy procesu rekrutacyjnego występującego w małych firmach. Za przykład i obiekt badawczy posłużyło małe przedsiębiorstwo działające w branży rolniczej. Praca została podzielona na cztery rozdziały. Pierwszy z nich obejmuje wyjaśnienie pojęć związanych z istotą procesu rekrutacji i doboru pracowników, drugi natomiast prezentuje różne metody rekrutacji i selekcji kandydatów. Trzeci z nich odnosi się do wykorzystanej metodologii badań, czwarty zaś obejmuje jakościową analizę zebranego materiału i wnioski płynące po przeprowadzeniu procedury badawczej.

This master’s thesis has been devoted to issues related to recruitment and selection of employees. Its purpose was to examine the construction of the recruitment process occurring in small companies. A small enterprise operating in the agricultural industry has become an example and research object. This bachelor’s thesis was divided into four chapters. The first one covers the explanation of concepts related to the essence of the recruitment process and the selection of employees, while the second presents various methods of recruitment and selection of candidates. The third of them relates to the research methodology used by authoress. The fourth chapter includes an analysis of the collected material and the conclusions drawn after conducting the research procedure.
