dc.abstract.pl Praca opisuje miejsce arbitrażu w prawie Unii Europejskiej. W pierwszej kolejności omówione zostają możliwe podejścia do problematyki uznawania i wykonywania orzeczeń arbitrażowych na przykładach wielu konwencji międzynarodowych. Następnie przeanalizowane zostają rozwiązania przyjęte przez europejskiego legislatora w szeregu aktów prawa unijnego. Kolejnym podjętym krokiem jest przybliżenie czytelnikowi najważniejszych orzeczeń Trybunału Sprawiedliwości Unii Europejskiej na temat miejsca arbitrażu w prawie UE. Następnie omówione zostają najnowsze zmiany kluczowych aktów prawnych. Praca identyfikuje również aktualne trendy rozwoju omawianej problematyki. pl
dc.abstract.en This paper discusses the legal status of arbitration in the law of the European Union. First, it discusses possible approaches to the issue of recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards through the lens of various international conventions. Further, the paper focuses on the solutions adopted by the European legislator and provides an in-depth analysis of all relevant EU legal acts. The discussion is followed by a study of case law and recent changes in key legal acts. Finally, the paper identifies current trends in the recognition and enforcement issues. pl
