dc.abstract.pl WSTĘP: Rak jajnika to nowotwór, który wykrywa się zazwyczaj w bardzo zaawansowanym stadium rozwoju. W takim przypadku leczenie opiera się zwykle na zabiegu chirurgicznym. Operacja ta nie jest obojętna dla organizmu chorej, dlatego ścisła opieka położnej nad chorą w okresie okołooperacyjnym to jeden z czynników determinujących stan zdrowia pacjentki. Należy także zwrócić uwagę na współistniejące choroby i dolegliwości. W przypadku pacjentki, która ma założoną nefrostomię istotna jest obserwacja diurezy (zwłaszcza w okresie pooperacyjnym) oraz miejsca założenia cewnika w kierunku wystąpienia objawów świadczących o infekcji. Właściwa opieka nad pacjentką owocuje nie tylko dobrym samopoczuciem fizycznym, ale także psychicznym.CEL PRACY: Celem pracy było postawienie aktualnych i potencjalnych diagnoz pielęgniarskich u pacjentki z nefrostomią po chirurgicznym leczeniu raka jajnika oraz zaplanowanie opieki realizowanej przez położną.MATERIAŁ I METODY: Podmiotem badań była 61-letnia kobieta po chirurgicznym leczeniu raka jajnika. W lutym 2015 roku została wyłoniona nefrostomia lewostronna. Jako metodę badawczą zastosowano studium indywidualnego przypadku.WYNIKI: W trakcie prowadzenia procesu pielęgnowania chorej zidentyfikowano główne problemy zdrowotne i pielęgnacyjne. Zostały one rozwiązane z pozytywnym skutkiem. Założone cele opieki zostały osiągnięte - przyniosło to korzyści dla procesu terapeutycznego w trakcie hospitalizacji.WNIOSKI: W wyniku podjętych działań pielęgniarskich osiągnięto zamierzone cele. Głównymi problemami zdrowotnymi i pielęgnacyjnymi chorej były dolegliwości bólowe rany pooperacyjnej, ryzyko wystąpienia powikłań pooperacyjnych, ryzyko zakażenia nefrostomii, ryzyko wystąpienia odwodnienia z powodu biegunki, obniżone samopoczucie oraz deficyt wiedzy w zakresie samopielęgnacji i samoopieki. W planie opieki zaproponowano możliwe działania, umożliwiające rozwiązanie tych problemów z powodzeniem. pl
dc.abstract.en INTRODUCTION: Ovarian cancer is a tumor that is detected on the high stage of growth. In this case, usually the treatment is a surgery. This operation is not neutral for patient’s body. Patient’s health in the post-operative period depends on the care, which performs a midwife. It’s important to remember about coexisting diseaes and condition. In the case of woman with a nephrostomy the midwife observes diuresis and the place of catheter insertion. The proper care of the patient makes physical well-being and mental health. AIM: The essay’s aim is recognition care and health problems of the woman with a nephrostomy after surgery treatment of ovarian cancer. Essay presents also midwife’s intervetions and activites during the care of patient.MATERIAL AND METHODS: The subject of research was 61-year-old woman after the surgery treatment of the ovarian cancer. In February 2015 it was done nephrostomy on the left side of the body. As a method of research it was used a case study. RESULTS: During leading the nursing proces identified the main care and health problems. They have been resolved successfully. The care purpores have been achieved – it was make benefits for terapeutic process during the hospitalization.CONCLUSION: The main health and care problems was the pain of the place of the postoperative hurt, the risk of the postoperative complications, the risk of infection in a nephrostomy, the risk of dehydration due to diarrhea, the depressed mood and the deficit of the knowledge about self-care. On the care plan have been proposed possible activites, which enabled solve this problems succesfully. pl
