| abstract in English: | The building works on the complex of reservoirs Niedzica - Sromowce Wyżne have been raising a number of doubts ever sińce the beginning of the projects. "Ecologists" and residents of neighbounng villages have been the most involved parties in the dispute. The approach of the former has been unani-mous, i.e. against the building proceedings, sińce the very beginning, while residents' approaches have evolved. Diversification of opinions is to a high extent determined by residenee of the surveyed. Negative opinions of residents of Dębno or Frydman stay in contrast to optimism of communities of Sromowce or Kluszkowce. In spite of confirmed differences in approva! of the reservoir, the residents urtanimously set their hopes on development of tourism. The open-air museum in Kluszkowce and the port in Niedzica, among other objects, have been put up at the current stage of tourist management. Also, sleeping and catering facilities are also being developed. It seems that balanced development, aimed especially at tourism, may improve the residents perceptron of the reservoir. |
