dc.abstract.pl W niniejszej pracy omówione zostały podstawowe zagadnienia związane z ochroną powietrza w prawie polskim. Rzecz jasna problem ochrony powietrza zmusza badacza do popatrzenia na regulacje systemowe z szerszej perspektywy. Musi on między innymi określić funkcje rodzimych aktów prawnych w kontekście prawa międzynarodowego i unijnego w zakresie ochrony powietrza. Nie bez znaczenia wydaje się również fakt, iż ochrona powietrza w prawodawstwie „rozbita” została pomiędzy kilka ustaw. Wynika to oczywiście ze specyfiki dobra obejmowanego ochroną prawną, ale i charakteru czynników dewaloryzujących.W rozdziale pierwszym niniejszej pracy zdefiniowane zostały podstawowe pojęcia z zakresu ochrony środowiska i ochrony powietrza. Rozdział drugi został poświęcony źródłom prawa ochrony powietrza. W rozdziale trzecim zaprezentowane są instrumenty ochrony powietrza, formy odpowiedzialności w kontekście ochrony powietrza, a także instrumenty finansowo-prawne. pl
dc.abstract.en At this work the essential issues associated with the air protection were discussed in the Polish law. Obviously the problem of the air protection is forcing the researcher to look at system regulations from wide prospects. He must among others determine functions of the native legislation in the context of international and EU regulations in the air protection. Not without meaning a fact is also revealed, that air protection in the legislation "drained" stayed between a few acts. It results of course from the specificity of the included good with legal protection, but also of character of deindexing factors.In the first chapter of this work basic concepts were defined from the scope of the environmental protection and the air protection. The chapter two was devoted to sources of the law of the air protection. In the chapter three instruments of the air protection are presented and devoted to forms of liability in the context of the air protection. pl
