dc.abstract.pl Tematem pracy licencjackiej jest wskazanie i omówienie środków nadzoru, przysługujących Prezesowi Rady Ministrów, który sprawuje nadzór niepermanentny nad samorządem terytorialnym. Praca składa się ze wstępu, trzech rozdziałów, sześciu podrozdziałów (w rozdziale II) oraz podsumowania. Praca ma na celu ukazanie, iż Prezes Rady Ministrów to wyspecjalizowany, najistotniejszy organ nadzoru pod względem ustrojowym, tj. posiadający najsurowsze środki nadzorcze względem organów jednostek samorządu terytorialnego. Głównymi aktami prawnymi, na których praca została oparta są: Konstytucja oraz ustawy samorządowe. pl
dc.abstract.en The topic of the thesis is indication and discussion about supervision prerogatives in possession of President of the Council of Ministers (Prime Minister) who is one of the supervisors of local government. The thesis contains an introduction, three sections, six subsections (included in the second section) and a summary. The thesis is leading to a conclusion that the Prime Minister is the most specialized and important supervisory position of the local government, because of having the most severe prerogatives. Main acts that thesis is based on are: Polish Constitution and the acts of local governments. pl
