dc.abstract.pl W pracy omówiono zagadnienie zarządzania relacjami pomiędzy uczelnią a studentami poprzez platformę USOS, w oparciu o badania przeprowadzane wśród studentów Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Celem pracy była ocena przydatności platformy USOS w kształtowaniu relacji ze studentami. W pierwszym rozdziale omówione zostały kwestie związane ze specyfiką funkcjonowania uczelni wyższych, istota zarządzania relacjami, a także metody i narzędzia stosowane przez uniwersytety w procesie nawiązywania relacji. W drugim rozdziale przytoczono krótki zarys historyczny uczelni, w której były przeprowadzone badania, czyli Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim. Następnie omówiono wszystkie współzależne systemy ułatwiające uczelnianą rzeczywistość, a także przedstawiono system USOSweb jako portal komunikacyjny. W ostatnim rozdziale zanalizowano wyniki badań przeprowadzonych wśród studentów najstarszej krakowskiej uczelni pod względem funkcjonalności platformy USOS. pl
dc.abstract.en In this dissertation is discussed an issue of management of relationships between the University and students with the help of USOS platform. It is based on research witch was made among students of the Jagiellonian University. The aim of this dissertation is to measure the role of the USOS platform in creating relationships between students. In the first part of my research are discussed some issues connected with the specifics of working of universities, an issue of management of relationships and methods and tools which were used by universities during the process of creating relationships. In the second part of this dissertation is written a short history of the Jagiellonian University and are discussed all systems which can facilitate students life. Also there is written about USOSweb portal as a communication portal. In the final part of this dissertation are analyzed the results of researches which were made between students of the oldest university of Cracow from the perspective of functioning of USOSweb platform. pl
